Walkthrough Tracker was born from a simple frustration: instructional leaders spending more time on paperwork than in classrooms. We built the platform we wished we had when we were coaches.
In 2024, our founder David was an instructional coach managing walkthrough observations for 40+ teachers using Google Forms and spreadsheets. Every week, hours were lost transcribing data, creating reports, and trying to find patterns in messy spreadsheets.
The existing EdTech solutions were either too complex, too expensive, or not built for the specific workflow of ILT walkthroughs. So we built our own.
Today, Walkthrough Tracker is used by schools and districts across the country, helping instructional leaders focus on what matters: improving teaching and learning.
